Feel like in a little heaven,” said Edeline, 22 years old, a women from German that has blond hair, as quoted from kompas newspaper, July 1 2010. “Little Heaven” according to Edeline is Gili Terawangan, a small island 338 hectare separated by sea from Lombok Island.

Trawangan may be reached by boat, about 30 minutes from Bangsal port, 50 km from Bandara Internasional Lombok airport. 

Tourists like to crowd in the little island, moreover, between July-September and in end of year. The main goal of tourists is enjoying the beach panorama with pure and sand, sunbathing, snorkeling blue ocean, surfing, diving, cycling and driving cidomo around the island. In Trawangan there are hatching of turtle, migration of birds and fresh air. White –skinned people from other countries dominate the street, café, hotel, and beach.
